BTK killer. Sick fuck. Happy he's going to jail for at least 40 yrs. which will put him at 100 yrs. old before he is eligable for parole, personally I don't think he should ever be eligable. After some of the things I have read that he has said oh my god, if only he was eligable for the chair. Oh by the way he claims that he has made his peace with god and will go to heaven.

Israel pulling out of Gaza strip

I hope this is a sign that things are going to get better over there. I hope the Palestinians (sp?) accept this and pull back on the violence.

I also understand the Settlers feelings. Their country asked them to be the frontlines for thier nation. They have suffered terrorist attacks, constant danger and have only dug in deeper and become more determined over the past 20 + years. Now suddenly these pepole who's own government asked them has hailed them as heroes, a govt. that asked them to move there, now tells them they must leave. I understand perfectly why there are protestors and why they are angry. We would see the same thing here if his happened in the U.S.

I truly hope that this pain leads to a better middle east and maybe one day an end to violence between Palestine and Israel.
